Hi, I’m Hiral. I make complex work feel simple.
I design productivity and management systems that teams in regulated spaces actually enjoy using, mainly edtech and construction tech, and similar domains.
Architecture trained, systems thinker.
My background in architecture gives me a strong bias for structure, hierarchy, and flow. I bring that into product work, clarifying workflows, tightening IA, shaping interaction patterns, and building design systems that scale without losing the human touch.
Hands-on and outcome driven.
With 8+ years in design and 3+ in product, I’ve shipped as an IC, led research, partnered with PM and engineering, and guided teams through constraints to measurable gains in efficiency, adoption, and decision confidence.
Outside of work:
I’m on a yoga mat, a big foodie chasing new flavors, carving lino prints, and an ingredient nerd who reads every label on the shelf.
